Terms and Conditions

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS

A deposit of 100 Euro per participant is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot. 50 % Payment  is required when registration is completed less than 30 days before the departure date. If a participant would like to cancel they must send an email notification. Please note your cancellation is not considered official until you have received a return email confirmation acknowledging your cancellation. At the time we receive your cancellation notification, the following per person charges will be applied.

30 days before departure: 300 Euro cancellation fee. If your spot is filled by another participant, we will refund your deposit minus 100 Euro administrative fee.

Less tan 30 days before departure or anytime after departure: NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN and your deposit will be forfeited.

Payments in Full are required at arrival.

Payments with PayPal: 5% extra charge.

REQUIREMENTS

Anyone who is reasonably fit should be able to participate in most activities on the trip. You will need to be sufficiently agile to climb in and out of the transport vehicle and be able to carry and manage your own photographic equipment . We will walk paths ranging from easy to moderate throughout the trip. If you have any special needs or any physical condition that you feel might prevent you from fully participating, please make us aware when registering for the the trip or email us in advance with your questions or concerns. Please notify us in advance of any allergies, physical / mental conditions or medications you’re currently taking that may affect your health.

All participants have to bring their own photo gear.

All participants must have a valid accident insurance.

Required Coverage:

  • Accident & Sickness Medical Expense Coverage
  • Emergency Evacuation & Repatriation of Remains
  • Accidental Death / Dismemberment

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering for this photo tour , participants certify that they have carefully read the dates, the requirements and the “Terms & Conditions” for the Photo Tour. Participants agree on behalf of themselves to release and hold from any and all claims, including but not limited to liability for delays, monetary damages, illness, injuries, death, or for the loss of or damage to property resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions. Participants affirm that they are covered by medical insurance, which is valid overseas. By forwarding the deposit, the passenger certifies they agree with these terms and conditions and that they do not have any mental, physical or other condition or disability that would create hazard for them or other participants. We are not responsable for loss, theft or dammage to photographic equipment. Every participant should have his own insurance for his equipment.

Copyright : Copyright in all photographs, video, and related materials created by the participant shall belong to the participant upon creation.

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to the group and other participants. Any use of illegal drugs or substances, abuse of alcohol, committing or participating in any criminal or illegal activity & violence of any sort will not be tolerated and will result in the participant’s immediate removal from the Trip, without refund and at the participant’s expense.

TRANSPORT

Included is the group ground transportation for the trip activities.

We are based at the East Coast of the Island, near to Son Servera. We will travel around in a car. It is a small island, every spot can be reached with a maximum of 1.5 hours driving

We can pick-up from the airport when arriving before between 9 am and 8 pm at the day of arrival. After that time, we can arrange transport with a shuttle bus , which we can book for you or you can take a taxi from the airport (150 Euro at daytime, 180 Euro at night time).

Thetransport to the airport on the last day can be organized by us when your departure is between 9 am and 8 pm, otherwise we can arrange transport with a shuttle bus or a taxi.
